Friends of Terwilliger

Friends of Terwilliger is a non profit organization dedicated to preserving Terwilliger Boulevard and protecting the wooded areas that surround it.

2012 marks the Centennial of Terwilliger Blvd. Our organization is already in the planning stages for the Celebration. We are currently raising money to add interpretive signs and gateways to mark the entrances of the Parkway.

English Ivy is abundant in the SW hills. This non native vine can weaken and even kill the native Evergreen trees along the Terwilliger Corridor. In an effort to save trees, Friends of Terwilliger sponsors a monthly ivy pull from 9am to noon on the third Saturday of every month.
